Hi there! I'm Asia, certified habits coach and partnership director committed to helping women increase their calm and confidence.

Before the pandemic I worked in an office and my kids attended a brick and mortar school. I thought that if I could simply work from home and homeschool my kids, my major problems of dealing with heavy traffic, school related issues, and high levels of stress would be solved.
After the pandemic I was blessed to work from home and homeschool my kids. Problems solved, right? Not so fast. My new circumstances brought new challenges. While my situation may have changed, my mindset remained the same. Until I made "shift happen."
The first shift happened when I decided to restart my morning routine, which includes prayer, mediation, reading, writing and exercising.
Once I was back nurturing my spirit, mind and body in the mornings, I began to shift my outlook on life and reexamined my views on situations.
These shifts improved my focus and energy. Now I feel more calm and confident in my life. Each day that I put my wellness first empowers me to not only do better, but to BE better for myself and others.
